Item(s) must be shipped back to store before refund process begins. (If merchandise needs to be re-shipped it will be shipped as soon as we receive the incorrect merchandise). If merchandise is in stock shipment of correct merchandise will be started immediately. We are sorry for the mishap but we will take care of our customers to the best of our ability!
